Our brand-new Parkinson’s integrated care pathway and ‘how to’ guide will help new CCGs better co-ordinate services for the 1 in 500 people in the UK with Parkinson’s, at a time when integrated care is high on the NHS Commissioning Board agenda.
Parkinson’s best practice tariff announced
The Department of Health (DH) have announced a new Parkinson’s best practice tariff. NCS and Parkinson’s UK worked with the DH on the tariff, which aims to provide high quality and cost-effective care for those with Parkinson’s across the UK.
More health charities win NCS as commissioning support mentor
A new wave of health charities have won the opportunity to be mentored by NCS, in the second year of our programme empowering voluntary sector organisations to support commissioning of better services.
